Liz and Adin are co-founders of March for the 22, an event that helps raise awareness and help end veteran suicide. The pair talk about how they started the event, as well as how their small post does big things within their community.

Jeff and Ashley are reunited in Boston with former podcast co-host, National Judge Advocate Mark Seavey, and three other Legion members for Tough Ruck 26.2 Boston.

Seavey, along with Media & Communications Chairman David F. Wallace of Virginia, South Dakota Department Service Officer Courtney VanZanten and Ashley’s husband, National Guard Sgt. Robert Maldonado, a member from Post 180 in Vienna, Va. traveled the 26.2 mile course.

The podcast team followed the progress of the ruck crew, as well as catching up with other members of the Legion Family who participated and volunteered in the event.
