Graciela Tiscareño-Sato is the daughter of Mexican immigrants and a highly decorated Air Force veteran. She earned her bachelor’s degree and commission at the University of California at Berkeley, where she attended as an Air Force ROTC scholarship cadet. She completed Undergraduate Navigator Training, the only woman in her class, and selected the KC-135R refueling tanker.

Captain Tiscareno-Sato completed her master’s degree in International Management and Global Marketing at Spokane’s Whitworth University in between deployments, while stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base. During Operation Southern Watch, Graciela became the first Hispanic woman aviator in the Air Force to earn the Air Medal for combat air operations.

Graciela is award-winning author, marketer, bilingual public speaker, and business owner, she has coached thousands of university students, student veterans, military spouses, veterans in career transition, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals with her highly-interactive process of co-creating powerful, targeted AUTHENTIC Personal Brands with clients. Graciela’s personal branding process teaches job seekers and aspiring entrepreneurs the all-important marketing mindset needed to effectively communicate and influence audiences to act.

Her coaching has proven to be a critical step for thousands of transitioning service members and veterans to streamline the chaotic military-to-civilian transition.
