Hank Donigan is a Marine veteran with over 30 years of service. Since graduating near the top of his Naval Academy class in 1977, Hank has been to 44 countries, speaks French, Arabic, and some Japanese, and has earned two Legion of Merit awards among other decorations. Through battles with severe PTSD and brain cancer, Hank has transformed personal adversity into extraordinary achievement. He will complete his 500th marathon at the 2025 Boston Marathon, a testament to his resilience and dedication. Since 2013, he has partnered with Semper Fi & America’s Fund, raising over $121,000 to support fellow veterans facing similar challenges. Currently in cancer remission, Hank serves as an instructor at the Marine Corps Command and Staff College at Camp Pendleton.
