John Davis served in the 101st Airborne Division as an infantry Squad leader in Afghanistan. He earned his bachelor’s in history from St. Joseph’s College and his master’s in education from Harvard. John is the author of Combat To College and 365 Days of Veteran Affirmations. He wrote the Free Veterans Guide To Moving Abroad and educates and informs Veterans on the benefits of living abroad after military service.
John lives in the Dominican Republic, Scuba Dives, plays golf and works as a veteran advocate. He is a member of American Legion Post 1533 in Mastic Beach, N.Y.
