Mike Fisher is the VA Vet Centers Chief Readjustment Counseling Officer.
Mike served 10 years in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard Infantry as a non-commissioned officer. He deployed to Iraq in 2005 and then was medically discharged.
During his transition experience Mike got connected to Vet Center, and then began his career as an outreach specialist at the Baltimore Vet Center. Since then, he has moved through local, regional and national roles before the appointment to his current position.
Mike holds a Master of Social Work from the Catholic University of America.
