Rachelle is the Prevention & Wellness Program Manager at Maryland Physicians Care, a Managed Care Organization that provides Medicaid.
She is a Coast Guard military officer veteran who was the fourth Black woman to ever graduate from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. After graduation she served 6 years active duty, then obtained her master’s degree in Health and Fitness Management.
Rachelle brings over 20 years of experience in health promotion & wellness, and personal training. She is also a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist, and a professional bodybuilder & physique competitor in the International Federation of Bodybuilders – the world-renowned “IFBB Professional League.”
Outside of work Rachelle volunteers her time to assist local competitors, enjoys reading non-fiction books, watching movies, collecting Wonder Woman memorabilia, and spending time with her niece.
